Founded by Joe Rheaume in 1999. For over twenty years Western Tire Chain has been providing top quality tire chains to fleets, companies, and individuals all over the Western United States. In 2023 Sean, Cindy, and Bizzy Pownall took over the company from Joe. Moving the company from Washington to where it is now located in South Dakota.
This changing of hands comes after many years of working with the Western Tire Chain product. In his previous line of work Sean directly used the product while managing a large municipal fleet. Cindy and Bizzy for the few years leading up to this changing of hands, worked directly with Joe learning the processes and workings of the company.
